Terms of Service

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information when registering and to keep it current. You must notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account.

The Service offers paid subscription plans (Starter, Pro, and Agency) billed monthly or annually through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges until you cancel. Fees are billed in advance, are non-refundable except where required by law, and may change with reasonable notice. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Each plan includes a monthly credit allowance used for AI video generation. Credits reset at the start of each billing cycle and do not roll over. Unused credits expire at the end of the cycle. Plan-based limits on the number of active series, video length, and connected platforms apply as described on the pricing page.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to generate unlawful, infringing, harassing, defamatory, or harmful content;
• Post or distribute content that violates the policies of YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, or any connected platform;
• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or overload the Service or its integrations;
• Resell, sublicense, or share your account credentials without authorization;
• Circumvent usage limits, rate limits, or billing controls.

You retain ownership of the content you create using the Service, including generated scripts, voiceovers, and videos. You are solely responsible for the content you produce and publish, and for ensuring it complies with applicable laws and third-party rights.

The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate scripts, visuals, voiceovers, and music. AI-generated content may occasionally be inaccurate, biased, or unsuitable. You are responsible for reviewing generated content before publishing. We are not liable for the consequences of content you choose to distribute.

When you connect a social media account, you authorize Autoreelio to publish content on your behalf according to your series schedule and settings. You are responsible for complying with each platform's terms of service and community guidelines. We may suspend posting if a platform revokes access or flags content.

The Service, its design, branding, and underlying technology are owned by Autoreelio and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to use our trademarks, logos, or proprietary content except as necessary to use the Service.

You may cancel your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, fail to pay fees, or engage in harmful activity. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends, and we may delete your data in accordance with our retention practices.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that generated content will meet your expectations or achieve specific results.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Autoreelio and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of New Zealand, unless mandatory consumer protections in your jurisdiction provide otherwise.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
